I am the co-founder of Scaling Up Simplified. I successfully scaled a remotely run recruitment company into a 6-figure success, grew my team to over 80, had a support team spread across the globe, and hired hundreds of people for our clients across the UK.
I developed an awesome remote hiring strategy. I spent over 10 years perfecting and testing this strategy.
This strategy fueled my highly ambitious personality, I wanted it all! Time freedom, remote business, team, and financial independence all while traveling the world. It was the very key that helped me build my tribe, live the ultimate remote life, and free myself from daily operations.
Since 2014, I've fully embraced the remote business lifestyle all around the world. With my team and I spread across the globe.
I personally faced a whole bunch of challenges and setbacks. I made some serious mistakes when hiring and growing my team and ended up bringing in people who just didn't fit my business at all. I wasted a ton of profits, over £20k, and it nearly shut my business down.
I was working my butt off, putting in insane 70-hour weeks, stuck as the face of the business. I couldn't step back and focus on growth and strategy. I ran myself into the ground and even had a freaking panic attack because I was always operating at full capacity, constantly on the go.
I figured out that to take my business to the next level and reach my highly ambitious goals of wanting it all!
